The villa in Montecatini alto has 6 bedrooms and has capacity for 14 people. Villa is a special villa for rent in Tuscany, Italy, with a beautiful heated pool 20mt x 7 mt dept 1.50 and a stunning panoramic view: what our guests love most is our garden, as well as the veranda area, overlooking the valley and facing the old medieval village of Montecatini Alto.Villa is a perfect villa for a family, or for more families of friends who love to gather together: specially in the Alfresco area, when the sun sets, or when the sun rises, steps away from the kitchen (where they may have hired a private chef from us!), with chairs and pillows for everybody, feeling the atmosphere and the joy of being together. We call it our “alfresco” dining area, and it is a patio that can sit up to 12 people. The table is made of stone, and there is a BBQ, including armchairs and tables to chill out.It is the perfect location for summer breakfasts, for panoramic aperitives or for family dinners. Our Swimming pool has been completely restored in 2020, and now features a modern heating system, available for our guests throughout the year. Its length is over 200 squared meters, 1.50mt tall at max, fully gated and safe for kids. Plenty of armchairs, chaise-longues and chairs are available at the pool level, including umbrellas. There are two changing rooms, three bathrooms and two showers in the service area, plus a small self catering bar with a fridge and ice maker for your refreshments. Table Tennis, barbecue and a huge tent to spend your day at the pool, with a full strength wifi signal in the whole area, free for our guests. There is no better place to work from holidays, to check your emails or businesses than doing it from such a pool! Upon the entrance a white road leads in front of the villa, where a parking lot is divided into the two sides of the entrance. More than 10 cars can easily park in rows up here, and more parking is available in the villa’s premises.The villa is sorrounded by a green park, with olive groves and green grass: like all the Tuscan hills you can walk around, watching your steps between the trees roots.
