It is located above the beach of Goulien and close to hiking trails.
The beach can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, ideal place for swimming and water sports.
Located in a listed village, the house consists of a large living space on the first floor and two bedrooms upstairs. In the old nurseries and courtyards have been set up different spaces: small garden, laundry room, living room, office.
On the other side of the road you have a large garden with lounge and barbecue.
The village is a very typical and very quiet place, surrounded by nature.
It is a former farm of peasant fishermen on the Crozon peninsula.
