About this cabin rental
Beautiful 2-room cabin (bedroom separate from kitchen)
It has 20 m² of covered area, 50 m² of patios, and is located at the back of a lush, green park with mature trees covering 1,000 m².
It also has open areas to enjoy the sun and the sky, both day and night.
Depending on the season, it has a 3x0.76m removable pool
It is a detached, separate, and private structure.
It is for exclusive use (there are no other guests or cabins); only the outdoor facilities are shared with the managers and maintenance staff.
It has a fully equipped and furnished kitchen-dining area. The refrigerator has a no-frost freezer.
The bathroom has a shower.
The bedroom has a double bed and a loft bed accessed via a ladder and hatch, plus one mattress that can be placed on the floor, although this is at the guest’s discretion.
We provide premium cotton bedding and towels. We also provide basic supplies for guests to make their own breakfast on the first day (breakfast is not included in the rental). The towels are made of 360-gram cotton and are provided upon payment of a deposit, which is refunded upon their return after check-out. You can also purchase the towels and sheets at the property as souvenirs—they’re top quality.
The TV is an LED set; it connects to Wi-Fi and includes free Netflix and YouTube Premium. The free Wi-Fi is also high-speed.
There is a fully equipped 1.90ml grill with an outdoor table and chairs, located right in the patio just before the cabin entrance.
All rooms, including the bathroom, are ventilated by large windows overlooking the park, providing fresh air and natural light. The park offers plenty of peace and privacy; you can spot squirrels, opossums, owls, and all kinds of birds.
The kitchen also features a historic cast-iron wood-burning stove with two burners and an oven; it has its own chimney and is in working order.
The ceilings are made of Eslabonia oak, in 15-cm-thick planks, sealed with a single layer of caulk and an air chamber, with a maximum height of 3.25 m, which provides good insulation against heat and cold.
It is equipped with a 3,000 fg air conditioner and portable fans. Heating is provided by electric heaters.
Parking is available on the front esplanade of the property, with space for 3 cars. It is not private, and as of now, there is no gate for vehicle access.
On the property, there is a completely harmless and affectionate dog and two cats.
The house was completely remodeled in 2022, and both the interior and exterior facilities are regularly maintained.
The neighborhood, surroundings, and town are incredibly beautiful; it is a wooded, green area that is quite secluded from the crowds and chaos of the city, yet it is also very accessible thanks to its public transportation connections, nearby roads, and highways, as well as the high quality of its urban development, which is very well paved and well-lit.
Just 300 meters from the San Miguel-Muñiz-Bella Vista green corridor, which connects to the “El Corredor” nature reserve and the Bella Vista sports complex, which features its own velodrome, with completely free admission.
Less than 500 meters from the entrance to downtown San Miguel, which has been revitalized in recent years and features beautiful, well-maintained walking paths, from Plaza de las Carretas to the commercial district, bars, restaurants, shopping malls, galleries, parks, theaters, fairs, and cultural events all year round.

1. To confirm and secure your reservation, you must pay for your stay within the next 4 hours. Payment can be made only via digital methods or by bank transfer.
2. For your security, please note that we do not accept credit cards, nor do we have access to your credit card information.

Once this step is complete, your reservation will be confirmed, and we will respond during business hours from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after that time, that’s no problem, but we’ll need to arrange a time in advance—we don’t have a front desk, as we’re a private rental.
Check-out is at 11 a.m. If you need to stay longer, you can extend your stay by paying for an additional night or half a day, until 6:00 p.m. This must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.
At the moment, we don’t have any other cabins—just this one. That’s why there are no other guests on the property. You’ll only share the hallways and outdoor facilities with the managers and maintenance staff.
Our listed price is for two people. However, we can accommodate up to 4 people plus children under 2 years old. Additional guests are charged 10usd per person per night.
Children under 2 years old stay for free, as they do not require a bed and are not counted toward the total occupancy.
During the day, we welcome day visitors from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The cost per person per day is 10usd for use of the park, cabin, and grill + 4usd for pool access.
Likewise, parties and events are not permitted, and the total number of guests may not exceed 8 people, including both those staying overnight and those visiting for the day.
