About this house rental

Luxurious Home in North Augusta, built in 2022. 5 bedrooms each with their own en suite bathroom. Hardwood floors throughout the entire house with modern farmhouse features in the kitchen. Large spacious kitchen with a bar that fits 4, a breakfast nook that fits 6 and a dining room that fits 8. Inviting oversized front porch and screened in back porch make for an enjoyable way to spend time outside. Primary bedroom downstairs and the remaining 4 bedrooms upstairs. The house has 5 TVs with the largest being a 75inch TV in the main living room. This elegant and well built home is located within Overlook @ The Rapids subdivision tucked away on a quiet street close to Savannah River and downtown North Augusta, 7 miles to Augusta National Golf Course.
