About this house rental
Enjoy a seaside escape at our stunningly presented holiday home. Conveniently located within 5 minutes drive of the beach, shops, and lost springs spa, and within walking distance to the supermarkets.
Relax with unlimited WiFi, 2 smart TVs with Netflix and Freeview. There's plenty of parking for a boat, and storage for sports gear in the double garage. An outdoor shower and fish-cleaning area are also provided.
A washing machine, dryer, and clothesline make it easy to wash and dry as you go.
We provide all linens which is included with the cleaning fee. Here’s a general overview of the sleeping arrangements:

- A porta cot is available upon request for families traveling with infants. Please advise prior to your stay if you require a porta cot.

The home was beautiful and very clean! The host was so accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the enclosed patio! We were out there the majority of the time. All in all it was amazing!

We stayed here a few nights while exploring Coromandel beaches. The house is new so everything feels fresh and good. Laundry works well. There's a handy butler's pantry. We were looking for a place on a hill with a commanding view, but we're pleasantly surprised with this house. Quiet neighborhood, good food within walking distance.
