It is a beautiful house in the heart of Churwalden, in the middle of the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski area, just a 5-minute, 300 m, walk from the Heidebühl cable car.
Ideal for families with children, the house with the lift inside is also suitable for elderly people and immobile family members, with a garden and barbecue on the terrace.
