Due to previous experience caused by pets, we are not open to host guests with pets. Any pet evidence will incur a fee of $250 for hair removal and furniture cleaning. Guests with service pets please contact us in advance.
★ NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KINDS ★
Please refrain from smoking on the premise including inside the house/garage/patio/balcony. Any smoking evidence will incur a fee of $500 for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
★ NO BIG PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect our strict no-party policy and quiet hours between 11 pm-7 am. Home is monitored by private security to prevent/end a party. $250 fine for noise complaints.

This is a must stay for anyone going to this area. The communication with Amy was amazing and she alwasy responded very quickly with anything we need. The house was very clean and roomy for my family of 5. We will be a returning customer to this house. Everything worked flawlessly from the tv's and internet to the games for the kids. House is extremely comfy and relaxing. The neighborhood seemed for safe and convenient to downtown Dallas. Also has an attached parking garage to put your car in the feel even safer

We absolutely loved the property. It was better than advertised in the listing. We were in town for a concert at Dos Equis Pavilion. The location could not have been more perfect. We enjoyed the Arcade games and the foos ball as well as the giant projector screen. There were 5 of us. 3 adults and two older teens. It worked great for us for the two nights we were there. I do think it would be tight for more than 5-6 people as far as sleeping arrangements if you want to sleep in a bed but that is based on our group and not others preferences. The beds, linens and towels were great. The bathrooms are luxurious. The kitchen is well appointed. It was nice to have the garage parking which we utilized but there is also ample street parking. The hosts were very responsive when I had trouble using the keypads to gain access. The HVAC works great - even in the heat of the Dallas summer. I highly recommend this property!

The property is stylishly decorated and has some neat amenities. There is a multi-game arcade machine in the main room along with a foosball table. The main room also features a large screen with a projector for watching tv. There is a hot tub on the second floor balcony.The property is located on the edge of the Deep Ellum neighborhood. It is on a quiet street and is easily walkable to The Double Wide, Cold Beer Company, and a few restaurants. It's also about an 8 minute walk to the Baylor Dart station.We had a tight schedule so we didn't get much use of the house amenities, but our stay was comfortable. Rohit was very helpful and communicative. Check in was easy and quick.
