PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
Tenerife Villas Online offer you this lovely 2 bedroom villa with private heated pool situated in Callao Salvaje. Located in a peaceful area only 300 meters to all local amenities including bars, restaurants, shops and beach etc. The owner has pleasantly decorated and appointed the property with tasteful furnishings, overall it is in very good condition.
Positioned all on 1 level you enter the property via 6 steps from the passageway. The accommodation is fully equipped with bright rooms throughout. The spacious lounge has a sofa bed that can sleep 2 additional guests and there are patio doors leading to a conservatory type dining area which adjoins the villa. This room has excellent sea views because of its slightly elevated position and 4 sets of patio doors leading onto terrace.
The terrace boasts a private heated pool and fitted with artificial grass. Includes a comfortable seating area with optional shade available, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine taking in the surrounding scenery. There are sea and mountain views from the terrace. The exterior also holds a superb kitchen facility with sink.
This apartment is maintained on a regular basis to a good standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.

Located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in the Costa Adeje area, on the south coast of Tenerife (only 25 km from Tenerife South airport). Callao Salvaje has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation and most importantly convenience with an excellent selection of amenities that is within walking distance. Also, not forgetting the reasonably priced accommodation and lots of sunshine which are more reasons tourists love Callao.
This accommodation is 300 meters from the centre of the resort, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the beach. There are some admirable restaurants to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. The resort holds a taxi rank and good transport links to anywhere on the island via several bus stops with regular service. Therefore, car hire is not required.
Callao Salvaje is becoming more popular with new developments and now has a total of 6 hotels open. Sports facilities are available in the area such as a public football pitch, child mini park and pay to use tennis courts. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 20 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are also nearby.
