Villa Orizzonte is a magnificent villa located in the small village of Scala di Ravello, on a promontory facing the famous town of Ravello. It offers a privileged view of the beautiful coastal villages of Amalfi, Atrani, and Maiori. The breathtaking views of the sea and the coast, along with the delightful gardens that surround the property in a natural setting, are the main features of this exclusive villa.



Villa Orizzonte consists of three independent buildings arranged as follows:



Main building: starting with a spacious and luxurious living room furnished with a fireplace and a beautifully restored table seating up to 20 people. The living room is equipped with satellite TV, a CD player, and internet access. Fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, all with double beds (one bedroom has a crib (sleeps 6-8). All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, TV, air conditioning and heating, and a laundry room.

An annex: accessible from the outside, it features a French bed (two single beds).

Villa Orizzonte offers its guests the luxury of enjoying the comfort of both its spacious interiors and exteriors; it is surrounded by a garden of approximately 1,000 square meters and three terraces, one of which is equipped with a solarium, a wood-burning oven, and a barbecue, offering splendid views of the sea and the coast.

Villa Orizzonte can host events and ceremonies for up to 60 people, with the possibility of overnight stays for up to 12 people. Guests of the villa can easily reach the centers of Scala and Ravello, where they can find all public services. The most interesting sites of the Amalfi Coast, such as Amalfi, Positano, and Maiori, can be reached by car/bus or Using the ferry connections available from the ports of Amalfi, Positano, and Minori.

The villa is not recommended for guests with disabilities due to the steps (102 steps) required to reach the villa.

Atrani or Amalfi Beaches: 20 minutes by car Traffic permitting-

Prices include: air conditioning and electricity up to 300Kwatt (extra consumption will be paid at EUR0,60/Kwatt), bed linen, bath and pool towel, maid cleaning (4days/week, 2 hrs/day)



Pool opening: from April until end of October (weather condition permetting)



Extra cost to be paid locally in cash on arrival:

Damage deposit: EUR 800

Final cleaning: EUR300

Local tourist tax: EUR1,50 per person, per night.

Parking space: is provided in a private parking lot at about 1,5km from the villa- EUR 30-40 per day
