Welcome to this charming duplex 1-bedroom flat on the second floor in the heart of Clapham, ideally located near Clapham Common Tube Station (Northern Line) with fast access to Central London’s attractions. This beautiful home is perfect for a romantic escape or a stylish city break in an excellent location for exploring the best London has to offer.
As you enter, you'll find a peaceful and spacious bedroom, featuring a plush double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. In the bedroom, you will also find a vanity table with a mirror and a convenient dresser for storage.
Next to the bedroom is a modern bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Soft towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your utmost convenience.
Upstairs, the second level reveals a tastefully designed open-plan living, kitchen with a breakfast isle for two.
The living room, with its minimalist decor, includes a cosy new sofa and flat TV on the wall.
The fully equipped kitchen with the breakfast isle is ready with everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals during your stay.
The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your arrival.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I the engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.
Smoking is strongly prohibited, penalty £500
