The Space
Apartment 1201 is located on the 12th floor, overlooking the ocean/beach, in the Bocagrande neighborhood—a tourist area—near the Historic Center, shopping centers, restaurants, supermarkets,
and drugstores.
The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with an ocean-facing balcony, two comfortable bedrooms with ocean views, en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The Palmetto Building offers excellent amenities: swimming pools for adults and children, a gym, a Turkish bath, and direct access to the beach.
The space
Apartment 1201 can accommodate up to 6 people; it is located right on the beachfront with a beautiful view from the balcony and the bedrooms.
The apartment features an air-conditioned living/dining room, a dining area for 4 people with space for 2 additional guests at the kitchen counter, a sofa bed in the living room with cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen in case you wish to cook in the apartment, a laundry area equipped with a washer, dryer, a laundry rack with a clothes hanger, and 2 trash cans; 2 full bathrooms equipped with towels for the body, face, and for the pool and/or beach; 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds and one single sofa bed, and the other bedroom with a twin-size bed; both bedrooms have air conditioning, cable TV, a closet, a safe, sheets, blankets, bedspreads, and a balcony with a small seating area where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the city with family and friends.

1. If you are a foreign national, you must present your valid passport at the time of registration and/or check-in at the Palmetto building.
2. If you are a foreign national of Venezuelan nationality, you must present your valid passport and/or your valid residence permit at the time of registration and/or check-in at the Palmetto building.
3. If you are a Colombian national, you must present your citizenship card if you are of legal age or your ID card and/or civil registry card if you are a minor, at the time of registration and/or check-in at the Palmetto Building.
4. Minors must register at check-in with their parents; otherwise, the adult responsible for the minor must bring a permission slip authenticated by the minor’s parents authorizing the accompanying person to register the minor at check-in at the Palmetto building, as a preventive measure for child protection.
5. At the time of registration and/or check-in, the Palmetto building charges $55.000 for the wristband that you must wear throughout your stay to control guest access to the Palmetto building; the wristband grants you the right to use the common areas of the Palmetto building, This fee of $55.000 for registration is already included in the “Cleaning” item; you do not need to pay an additional charge upon arrival at the Palmetto building, as this amount is already included in the USD40 under the “Cleaning” item.
Visitors to the apartments may enter between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m., they may only stay in the apartments but may not use the building’s common areas, and up to 4 visitors are allowed in the apartment at any one time.
Visitors must check in at the Palmetto building and present valid identification:
If you are a foreign national, you must present your passport and/or valid residence permit.
If you are a Colombian citizen, you must present your citizenship ID card if you are of legal age; if you are a minor, you must present your identity card and/or civil birth certificate.
