About this apartment rental
Welcome to our house! The place is well-appointed with all the quality and comfort of a home, and thoughtful design touches throughout. This 3 bed/2baths/1den apartment is located in the quiet, waterfront neighborhood of Weehawken, a tightknit and super safe community composed of families and young professionals (most other rentals are in the less appealing neighborhoods of Union City and West New York). It is also extremely convenient to go to Midtown Manhattan (Time Square 42nd Street).
The space features the following:
-Two of the bedrooms feature comfy hybrid spring-foam king-size mattresses with foam topper. Third bedroom is currently empty, but can deploy a queen size air mattress.
-Two full bathrooms: one with a tub, one with a shower.
-Living room with large flat-screen TV and sound system; we have all the streaming services: Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney, HBO, etc.
-HUGE kitchen with dishwasher, 36" fridge with ice-maker, and plenty of appliances for meal making.
-In-Unit Washer Dryer for utmost convenience.
-Self-check-in with number keypad.
-The apartment is a massive 1500sf (some storage areas closed off).
-Very close to bus stops (1-3min walk), serviced by multiple bus lines (4-5 routes) going into Manhattan. Don’t be tied down to a single, infrequent bus line!
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
-Primary guest must provide valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the payment method used for the booking, and must be staying at the property during the entire booking. All guests must be disclosed at the time of booking. No outside guests allowed.
-Signing of rental agreement and ID verification through ChargeAutomation (external form website) must be completed within 7 days of booking.
-NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING ANYWHERE IN THE PREMISES.
