About this cabin rental
Your Beattyville adventure begins at this cool 2-bedroom cabin. Inside, guests will find rooms perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It has a large back porch where you can have coffee and watch as the river flows by. The cabin features 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, and 2 full beds, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. With heating and AC, you'll stay comfortable no matter the season. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower to start your day off right. Towels & washcloths are provided.The cabin is very isolated with the closest cabin being .25-.5 miles away and separated by a stand of trees. It is situated directly beside the north fork of the Kentucky River, fishing is available but does require a license. Canoes and kayaks with paddles and life jackets are also available to rent per day. There is a very large lawn for your enjoyment with a small fire pit (we provide the wood) and a park type, charcoal grill.We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
There is NO WIFI/TV and limited cell service available in this cabin. There are 3 steps up to the porch, front and back so tit would not be wheelchair accessible. Also, it ABSOLUTELY REQUIRES a four wheel drive or a very good all wheel. The drive down to the cabin is extremely steep and graveled.
Pets are limited to 3, less than 50lb. All pets must be secured in a crate if left alone in the cabin.

We loved our stay here! It’s very secluded and peaceful. We had plenty of room for my family of six to sleep and it was all very cozy. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful and gave us some interesting history about the area. We will look forward to coming back again sometime. Very steep drive down, don’t overlook the part about needing AWD!
