- This property is stairs only; all guests must have the ability to use stairs.
- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit.
- Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
- To book a Beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.

Everything was very clean, host were great and very informative. Great location.

Location was convenient to food and the beach but not ideal. You’re in a parking lot and at a busy traffic light which made for a noisy stay at times especially for our toddler trying to sleep. Place was clean and simple and had all major amenities.
