About this apartment rental

Welcome to this recently renovated 3 bedroom condominium in Sylvania Township! We are in a prime location 1/4 mile to Wal-Mart, less than a mile to Kroger and I475, 15 minutes from downtown Toledo. Guests will have access to the entire condo which is 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 double). There is tons of closet space in each room and the fully equipped living room and kitchen provide a comfortable stay with all of the amenities you’d find in your own home. 1/2 bath downstairs, full bath upstairs.

I would stay at this property again and I can overlook lots of little things like a broken light switch cover, sink upstairs leaks, the back on one of the TV remotes falls off but the couch was awful and there were ants on the counter. I did contact the property owner about the ants and he was super cool. I told him I wasn't freaked out and that I wouldn't keep food on the counter and that I only wanted him to be aware of the problem. The condo was in a great location for us and it was very clean. The bed was comfy, there were fresh flowers on the bar. Overall it was a positive stay. I'd stay again if he gets rid of the ants.
