This apartment is centrally located in the center of the island, making it easy to navigate all parts of MDI. The unit is perfect for guests looking for a place to crash while exploring and hiking. There is no backyard but guests can use the deck to relax or BBQ Grill! The unit is located above a vacant garage, and there is a house next to the garage that is a separate unit.

Cozy and cute apartment. Great location, just a few minutes away from Acadia and Bar Harbor. Enough room for our family of four.We arrived after dark and it is extremely hard to see the driveway from the road. It looks like you're just turning into the woods. It would be helpful to have some sort of light or something there. Also the steps up to the apartment need more lighting as well, as it is very dark on that side of the house.

Perfect location for exploring Acadia. The apartment could use a fresh coat of paint (walls were pretty scuffed up in places) but it was well -stocked with the basics/necessities and we didn't spend a lot of time at the apartment anyhow. Check in/out was easy and good communication from the host.

The apartment was perfect for just the two of us. There was a musty smell which we attributed to the washing machine. The deck could use some updating. I would also recommend keeping a broom and dust pan in the house for sweeping up. Coming in and out we tracked a lot in from our shoes. Especially when it was raining. We ended up buying one. Overall and good, fairly priced place to stay. Close to all the attraction’s. Having Abel’s Lobster pound directly across the street was a bonus! Wife and I would return.
