- Bedroom 3: on Level 0 with access to the terrace, 140 cm bed, bathtub and sink, closet
- Bedroom 4: separate entrance from the outside, on Level 0 with access to the terrace, 140 cm bed, TV, shower room with toilet, and walk-in closet
- Separate restroom (for a total of four restrooms)
