The Maison Basque hotel was built in 1927 by the architect William Marcel on the retaining walls of the former Hôtel de Russie. The accommodation: Two entrances for this particularly bright apartment with a view of Biarritz Town Hall: - on one side on the 5th floor with direct access to the beach (Boulevard Général de Gaulle) - on the other (on Avenue Edouard VII), on the 1st floor (with elevator). The apartment is laid out as follows: Large entrance hall leading to a storage room and opening onto the living/dining room. Three reversible air conditioning units. If you lose your keys to the accommodation during your stay, the door lock will need to be changed. The cost of this service will be deducted from your security deposit. Regarding the end-of-stay cleaning and laundry package included in your reservation: We provide professionally laundered linens, prepare the apartment for your comfort and arrival, and clean at the end of your stay. For reservations of one month or more, an intermediate cleaning (every two weeks) will be required at your expense. This is to maintain and check the accommodation on each visit.
