Welcome to KC Homes Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, This modern A frame with its picturesque location is the perfect getaway for family and friends looking for a serene escape from the city. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding woods and the soothing sounds of nature.
Located 15-30 minutes away from local Ski resorts, state parks, casinos, Pocono Raceway, and a Kalahari indoor waterpark. This prime location is perfect for guests looking for adventure and relax.

SLEEPING: The cabin has three cozy bedrooms, each with comfortable bedding to ensure a good night's sleep. Each bedroom has dressers and closets to unpack your clothes and store your luggage. There are:
Three queen-sized beds
One queen sleeper sofa.
One Sofa Bed (Two full Mattress).
One bathroom.
INTERIOR: the amenities we have to offer including
-Bath necessities: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper and a hair-dryer.
-Fast WiFi
-Netflix
-Heat split units plus ceiling fans in each bedroom
-Plush bath, hand, and face towels including, Towels for inside use only.
KITCHEN:
equipped with: toaster, regular coffee maker, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, full-sized fridge, paper towel, tea pot, and various sizes of pots & pans
-Salt, pepper, tea, sugar, dish and hand soap
-Laundry room with washer, dryer.
OUTSIDE:
After taking in the stunning views of Private yard where you can soak up the sun or hang out by the fire pit.
-Firewood is not provided.

-The town center is 15 minutes away.

-Outdoor swimming pool (closed for winter)

-Guests will be able to use the whole home and lake access in the backyard.
There is ample parking in the driveway. You will be receiving a door code the day before your travel. It is a unique code that will only activate at time of check in.
-Gated community will only allow entry with
PRINTED vehicle registration and valid driver's license. No digital versions or photocopies.
-All paperwork must be filled out 2 days prior to check-in
PARKING:
-Driveway can fit 3 cars
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
-We are happy to accommodate early check in ano
late check out if the schedule allows. Our cleaner needs adequate time to properly clean and disinfect each turn
Pets:
We have a fee $100 for each Pet.

-Not allowed
-Firewood is not provided.

-POCONOS is surrounded by water and vegetation.
BUGS are smaller than door/window mesh. One of the BEST defense is to not leave doors/windows open and invite insects into the air-conditioned interior otherwise they WILL enter.

I really enjoyed staying at KC Homes. The Owner was very welcoming friendly and cooperative with all of our needs. I do wish we could have gotten to enjoy the home fully with the lovely outside areas. There weren’t any Tv’s in any of the rooms which we forgot about but it made our interaction with each other even better.

Great rental for a long weekend. Clean with parking on site. Close to a lot of fun activities and restaurants.
