The Entire Space is open to guests. There are fences that show solid boarder of rental from adjacent private residences. There is a locked deadbolt door connecting the attached house that guests do not have access to.

Emma was great to deal with. The location for us was perfect. The hot tub was great and the house was very comfortable. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Host was very friendly and helpful! They are on the property in another home- but very respectful of guest space. We enjoyed the hot tub. There is a lot of space in the house and it's pet friendly! The location is very easy to access & allowed us to explore the area. We especially loved Whipsaw Brewing, Fortuity Wine (Merry Mondays!), Kittitas Cafe, Bon Somm, and walking the trail at Irene Rinehart Riverfront Park.
