Welcome to your Ottens Harbor Vacation Oasis
Newly renovated in 2021 this third floor, one-of-a-kind vacation rental is on the famous Ottens Harbor in Wildwood. Enjoy panoramic views of the water, sun rises while sipping your coffee and Friday night fireworks from your furnished private deck right out of the double sliding doors in the living room. The home has an open floor plan with a ship lap cathedral ceiling in the living room which flows into the kitchen. The open kitchen incorporates the dining area and is equipped with all stainless-steel Whirlpool appliances, granite counters and a pantry closet. The fully stocked kitchen includes a blender, crock pot, a mixer, Cuisinart pots and pans with cooking utensils and a refrigerator with ice maker. The home offers 3 airy bedrooms, one room with two sets of bunk beds and the other two with queen size beds. You will find a half bath and full bath with a rainfall shower head with attachments and laundry area in the unit. The home includes cable tv and internet service that will allow you to stream your favorite shows from the Samsung smart tv. A permanently installed retractable baby gate can be found at the top of the steps to keep the kiddo’s safe. The home features a private parking lot right next to the house enough for 2 small cars or 1 large truck/SUV.
Coming new in 2025. In the common shared bottom patio area, you will be able to relax under the gazebo with highboy chairs and table to enjoy watching the boats sail down the harbor and your family spending time in the water. Or sun bath on the new patio reclining chairs. Also, a separate fully furnished seating area out of the sun with under ceiling lighting for day and night relaxation. You will also find a Weber grill on the patio for your grilling enjoyment. Smoking is permitted in the outside common area and ash trays will be provided. Please no smoking or vaping inside the unit.
Bring your rafts, fishing rods, crab pots, kayaks, paddle boards and all your water toys to enjoy everything the harbor has to offer. You will find fold down aluminum steps for easy access to the water right off the dock.
The home is a short walk from many wonderful restaurants and bars and is located .8 miles from the famous Wildwood Boardwalk.
