Comfortable, well-appointed new apartment close to all amenities

Brand new, fully equipped apartment near the village (ice rink and market square 3 minutes away), the Grand Massif Express ski lift, and the Samoëns leisure area (swimming pool, lake, banks of the Giffre river, etc.). Everything is less than a 5-minute walk away. A secure underground parking space where you can leave your vehicle for the entire stay, the location is so ideal. The apartment is 52m², so you'll have plenty of space. We limit it to 4 guests to ensure everyone's comfort and to maintain the family-friendly atmosphere of the residence. It consists of a living room of approximately 20m² with a fully equipped kitchen featuring brand-name appliances (oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, hob, fridge/freezer). You will find everything you need in terms of equipment (toaster, classic coffee maker, Tassimo capsule coffee machine, raclette and fondue sets, pie dish, oven dish, set of pots and pans, etc.). The living/dining area includes a comfortable 3-seater sofa for adults (3/4 for children), a spacious oak dining table with benches and stools, a sideboard with storage and a 32-inch TV, as well as some board games. The accommodation has a welcoming entrance hall leading to all the rooms. To the right as you enter, you will find a sleeping alcove with two 90cm bunk beds (new, high-quality mattresses). This alcove has a large 2m wide sliding wardrobe for storing your belongings, just like at home. This cabin-like area is perfectly separated from the rest of the apartment and resembles a quiet little bedroom, ideal for children (the living room has a door allowing you to stay in the evening while the children sleep peacefully). The 13m² master bedroom has a queen-size bed with comfortable bedding, two large bedside tables, and a wardrobe with ample storage. It opens onto a large 8m² balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a vanity unit, a bathtub, an electric towel warmer, and a washing machine. You will find some useful accessories such as a hairdryer, a clothes drying rack, clothespins… The separate toilet has a wall-hung toilet, a cupboard with cleaning supplies (vacuum cleaner, brooms, etc.), and a sink with a mirror. You will have a ski locker to store your ski equipment without having to keep it in the apartment. Once you leave the residence, it will only take 5 minutes to reach the Grand Massif Express gondola lift and you will be on the slopes of Samoëns 1600 in 15 minutes flat. The underground garage is secured by a remote control and the unit can be locked if necessary. A large bicycle storage area with electrical outlets is also available in the basement. You will have access to a fiber optic Wi-Fi connection as well as the option to use a co-working space within the residence, which can be reserved on the provider's website. We have, however, left some personal belongings in the upper parts of the closets that guests should not use. You will have a kit provided with each bed including a pillowcase, flat sheet, and duvet cover, all supplied by a local laundry for maximum hygiene. The price per person is 8 euros, payable directly after booking. Please note that in case of damage to the sheets, a deduction will be applied to the laundry service's rate. Key handover / welcome ------------------------ Access to the accommodation will be via a hand-delivered key handover. Aurore, your contact person, will give you the apartment keys (garage access badge, building access code), conduct a quick inventory check with you, and answer any practical questions you may have. We will also be available by phone and text message to answer your questions.Ideally, please confirm your arrival time as you approach Samoëns to avoid long waits for everyone. Depending on how well the previous guests have cleaned, it may be possible to arrive at the accommodation earlier than 4 pm. This will be discussed and agreed upon together in the days leading up to your arrival. If the person in charge of welcoming you is unavailable, they can give you the keys nearby and come to the accommodation a little later to make your check-in easier. A key box is being considered and may also be operational upon your arrival. Upon arrival, you will have agreed on a specific time slot with the owner or the person in charge of welcoming you. Upon arrival, please ensure that the accommodation matches the advertised condition and that all equipment is in working order. Sheets and duvet covers will be provided and placed in the sleeping areas. We kindly ask you to put them on before using the beds, which are protected by covers and mattress protectors. These come from a local laundry to guarantee maximum hygiene. You can enjoy the small welcome kit with tea or coffee and make the most of your first few hours in the accommodation. Departure ------------------------ Please leave the kitchen area clean and empty the dishwasher before departure, putting the dishes away in the cupboards. Thank you for cleaning the raclette, fondue, etc. appliances if used. The final cleaning of the accommodation should not take more than 2 hours. Feel free to take some overall photos of the accommodation before your departure for future reference. Please dispose of the rubbish in the appropriate containers located near the ice rink at the beginning of Rue des Drugeres. Please ensure that all appliances are switched off.
