About this villa rental
My house is a detached home suitable for both summer and winter use, featuring a private pool and parking. It has a living room with a fireplace, a separate kitchen, and a half-bathroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms: one master bedroom with a private bathroom and two bedrooms that share a bathroom located in the hallway. The living room opens onto the terraces. There are three terraces: one at the front, one on the side by the pool, and one on the shaded side at the back of the house. The garden is surrounded by green trees for privacy. The pool is 1.65 meters deep. It is approximately 700 meters to the famous white-sand “Ilica Beach,” and there are shops and restaurants just 5 minutes away. It takes approximately 45 minutes by taxi from the main airport in Izmir to Çeşme. The famous and very popular village of Alaçatı is only 3 km away and can be reached by taxi or a short walk. Çeşme is warm with a pleasant breeze during the summer. The cleaning and maintenance of the garden and pool are taken care of, so you can enjoy your vacation stress-free—with my help as your service guide, if you’d like.
