About this house rental
The "Allen Home" is a private second-floor apartment that has just been completely redone from top to bottom. Its original parquet hardwood floors, from 1914, have just been refinished to their original beauty!
The Allen House is equipped with three bedrooms that can sleep up to 8. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds. The third room, a unique full-size bunk bed. All bedrooms have closet space to store your belongings.
Beautiful quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, and microwave. 8-person dining table to fit everyone while you enjoy meals with family & friends.
The living room has a custom floor-to-ceiling fireplace with a 65' Smart TV. There's a large 6-8 person comfy couch for everyone to relax and watch a movie. The additional sitting room
In case you need a space to work or study. There is a secluded desk area right off the gorgeous balcony.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and will rent again when in the area. The owners were very responsive and great to work with. The apt was beautiful and immaculate. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only area that was perfect was the outside stairs to the front door— uneven, steep, etc. We had older guest with us and this was concerning. But we managed. Thanks again for a great stay
