In such cases, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded, less a 5% cancellation fee plus administrative fees. If you cancel after this period, you are responsible for the full booking amount with no refund. No discounts or refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, weather, maintenance issues, outages, or noise. Stately reserves the right to correct any rate errors. We cannot be responsible for weather-related or personal emergency issues affecting travel, including COVID-19.

The house was beautiful. The convience of the golf cart and bikes where a definate plus. Everything you need is in the home. The beach is absolutley beautiful. The beds were suoer comfy and there is plenty of room thru out the home so your not crowded. We would definitely stay here again

Excellent property for a family vacation. We had plenty of room to spread out, the heated pool was wonderful and just overall a clean and excellent property. The owner's provided a golf cart to get around the area and visit the beach. It was a good location with plenty to do in the area.
