Welcome to The Potter House, your beachfront oasis in St. Joe Beach, Florida! With breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, this delightful vacation home is perfect for families and furry friends alike, thanks to nearby dog-friendly beaches.
On the main floor, you’ll find an inviting open-concept layout featuring a fully stocked kitchen equipped with all major appliances, making meal prep a breeze. The cozy living and dining areas are perfect for gathering, complete with a comfortable sleeper sofa and a queen bed for extra sleeping space. For convenience, the guest bedroom on this floor boasts an attached bath with a walk-in shower.
Venture to the second floor, where two additional guest bedrooms await—one with a queen bed and the other with two twins, sharing a stylish bath. Step outside to the large Gulf-facing balcony, ideal for sipping morning coffee or evening cocktails while soaking in the panoramic views. The covered lower patio provides a shaded retreat, complete with a wood-burning fire pit for those perfect beachside evenings. The Potter House is the ultimate getaway for fun and relaxation by the sea!
Reservations include beach gear credit ($35 daily), personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights.
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
• Dog friendly property. Up to 2 dogs permitted (60 lb maximum per dog). $125 nonrefundable pet fee. Cats and restricted
dog breeds are not permitted.
• Signed rental agreement required prior to arrival.
• Credit card processing fees are nonrefundable. No exceptions.
• Guests may be charged for stained or damaged linens and towels.
• Pool heat is provided October through November and March through April.

Great property right on the beach. My family really enjoyed our stay. House was excellent and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach was quiet and not crowded. Perfect vacation spot.

We enjoyed our stay at The Potter House, and so did our two 50 lbs skittish dogs. It’s rare to find beachfront properties that not only accept large dogs, but allow two as well.The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and very well stocked. We had no issues during our stay. The area was quiet, the beaches were not crowded, and we loved being able to bring our dogs onto the beach with us.There were also restaurants and shops within a 15-minute drive, which made everything convenient.We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again next year!

Brett and I had the absolute best time of our lives, so far, at this beach house for our 10 year anniversary! It truly felt like a home away from home, even for Linda, our frenchie! Being able to walk straight to the beach from the house at anytime was well worth it! The house was immaculate and well stocked with everything you need, along with a fire pit and grill! We had the pleasure of meeting the sweet lady of the house and spending some time with her, right on the beach! Amazing people! The host also works with a company that delivers beach gear straight to the house and picks up the day you leave! We used the credit they gave us a for beach gear and the convenience was also worth it! We loved the house and town so much, that we extended 2 more days of our trip! We kept waking up not wanting to leave! We have recommended this place to all of our friends! We will definitely be back. This place will definitely be memories we will always cherish!
