About this apartment rental
Our house is located above the Old Town, yet it’s still centrally located and just a 7-minute walk away. The photo shows a view of the valley. Your sunny balcony is on the left side, from which you can look out over our small valley, part of the city, and the surrounding area.
The entrances to the house and the vacation apartment are on the first floor.
From our house, you can easily reach all the major sights on foot—for example, it’s about a 10–15-minute walk to Albrechtsburg Castle and the cathedral, and about a 20-minute walk to the porcelain factory.
Furthermore, we are a great starting point for excursions into the beautiful surrounding area, such as to Moritzburg or the vineyards in the Elbe Valley. You can also reach Saxon Switzerland quickly and comfortably by S-Bahn.
Vacation apartment with a view of the valley:
Our sunny vacation rental, with approximately 50 square meters of living space, accommodates 1–5 people. The cozy kitchen-living room, featuring a sleeper sofa, armchair, coffee table, and flat-screen TV, is the perfect place to relax.
Integrated into the kitchen area is a kitchenette equipped with 2 hot plates, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle, a bread warmer, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. Of course, you’ll also find all the necessary dishes and a dining area with a corner bench and two chairs.
The vacation apartment has a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single daybed. You can place a guest bed next to this daybed, so that two children can sleep in the room.
Our beautiful, sunny balcony, furnished with patio furniture and, if needed, a parasol, is accessible from both rooms.
Pets are allowed only upon request.
Kitchen amenities: Electric kettle, kitchen utensils
On-site fees: Payment is due on-site in cash. Check-in is available from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are welcome upon request for an additional €3.50 per pet per night. A crib can be provided upon request (free of charge). An extra bed can be provided upon request (for an additional charge of 6€ per night). The guest tax of 1.50€ per person (ages 18 and older) per night will be charged separately on-site.Rental price includes final cleaning, bed linens, towels, and a flat rate for electricity, gas, water, and heat. Wi-Fi access is available free of charge. Free parking is available in front of the property.
