About this cottage rental
This listing is for a DUPLEX: An UPPER house (Corfu Cottage) AND a LOWER house (Ocean View Cottage) which we also rent individually as well for up to 6 guests.
*** IMPORTANT NOTES:
1- Reconsider booking if you have ANY mobility/walking difficulties going up and down the many steps.
2- Due to our family's, guests' and friends' severe allergies we have an exemption to not allow ANY pets, whether Service animals, or Emotional animals or Support animals... etc..., so, please, respect ours and our other guests' wishes and find a property that accepts them.
3- - The properties are ONLY for the BOOKED # of guests, NOT for the “few-hours-visitors”. PLEASE do not ask for exceptions. Thank you.
- Corfu Cottage: It reflects the feel and style of my parents' and grandparents' homes on Corfu Island. It is Formal, Elegant, Mediterranean style with stone walls and white water views.
- Ocean View Cottage: Beach/Contemporary style.
- Each house has its own separate entrance.
- The upper house, Corfu cottage, has 2 king bedrooms, and a pull out DOUBLE size bed in the living room and 1.5 baths.
- The lower house, Ocean View Cottage, has 2 king bedrooms, 1 trundle bed with 2 twin beds, and only 1 bathroom.
We are not new to renting our properties. For the last 9 years we have been listed exclusively on air b n b with very high ratings and have been a "Super host" for many years. However, we are new to VRBO and if you would care to see our reviews check out our Air b n b listings under the same property names.
Escape to this welcoming Mediterranean style home in picturesque Morro Bay.
This superb property boasts a jetted bathtub (at the upper house), hot tub for 4 at the upper house veranda, 8 decks, 2 fire pits, a large outdoor play area with a small kids' slide, a rope bridge leading to an ocean view "Crows Nest" tree house that our grandkids and ALL our littlest guests love.
- There is also a Cornhole set, and a Tetherball area.
Additional outdoor spaces provide extra relaxation for guests. Enjoy all that Morro Bay has to offer when you stay at our homes.
