Modern Home with Games Room, Watford

Location was great as was the parking. Shower also good. Beds clean and comfortable son loved the games room. Nicely decorated. Useful appliances (kettle, oven ect) there was even tea and sugar. Internet was great. There was even toilet roll, teatowls and sponge to wash up which was great as we forgot ours. Bathroom also had shampoo,conditioner, body wash for if you forgot yours. Response to questions/communication was very fast!

They had an issue with previous people so no hangers and had to ask for code for lockbox ( was meant to be sent an hour before check in) freezer needed to be defrosted it was full of ice. Didn't like that we couldn't close the door to the games room it made it cold.

Very comfortable spacious, modern house. Had everything we needed. Would definitely go back and already recommended to friends and family.

We didn't like the fact that we couldn't use the back door, due to garden needing attention, however, we took delivery of a lawnmower this morning for the hosts. It was a potential fire hazard but I'm sure this won't be an issue for the next visitors.

Beds were clean and comfortable

Not that clean at all throughtout property. Couldn't use oven as really dirty so didnt want to cook anything. Sofa not comfortable at all. No blind in bathroom. No air-conditioning upstairs so really really hot . Garden overgrown and dirty . Staff not helpful at all when arrived at property.
