Great location, easygoing and friendly staff, comfortable bed.
The air conditioning was noisy and displaying red light due to filter issues. The abajour was broken.

Apesar dos problemas que tive, o atendimento foi muito bom. Os problemas foram solucionados com rapidez e facilidade. Me mudaram rapidamente para um apartamento limpo e arrumado quando tive problema com o ralo do chuveiro onde eu estava hospedada.
Quando cheguei (depois do horário que tinha ficado marcado para o meu check-in), a recepção do prédio ainda não tinha recebido meus dados, e demorei para conseguir entrar. Também tive um problema com o ralo do chuveiro, que estava entupido, e precisei mudar de apartamento.

Location is very good (a lot of markets nearby and a delicious bakery side by side). The building is safe.
They ask you R$300 as pre-deposit to cover any issue. But the ironic part is that you can find things already broken in the apartment (the lamp, for example) — and stay tuned to ask the refund after the 7 days!
The facilities are limited, no detergent available, and some strained towels.
