Breakfast ended at 9:30; 10:30 would be better - I think it was made to order (but I missed it)! The entire house has 10-12 rooms; old building with lots of charm - 1 1/2 blocks to the beach. Very nice balconies, breakfast area, and garden - in a residential type neighborhood.
Checkin process after hours was not super clear. I did receive a text message with videos of my 3 rooms - very helpful. At first I did not recognize the phone number, thinking it was spam.

Ashley (Inn-keeper) was very attentive and helpful. She takes care of a historic building with lots of character, and was interested in your having a great visit.
For what we paid at this B&B, the breakfast was provided with friendly service, but was pretty much as basic as could be. Given two (fairly rigid, without flexibility) choices each morning. Quality was good, but there was no attentiveness to even a little bit of presentation, like a slice of fruit or something as a garnish. Little things like this can really elevate the experience from "pleasant" to extraordinary.

We had a beautiful experience at The Inn at Ocean Grove- Ashley was incredible from the moments we walked in and throughout our entire stay sharing such light to our little ones. We look forward to booking future stays here and the yummy fresh, in house breakfast and grateful dead tunes. Thank you!
Truly, there wasnt anything I could say I did not like about our stay. It was clean, felt comfortable, and safe. If anything, maybe additional blankets or pillows ?
