דירה מרווחת וגדולה - למעשה 2 דירות גדולות שמחוברות עם מטבח משותף. 2 מרפסות עם נוף מדהים לים, 2 חדרי אמבטיה ושירותים. מיקום נחמד קרוב מאוד לחוף השרון. ממש ליד המלון יש אזור מסחרי עם קצת מסעדות ומאפיה מעולה.
קשה למצוא חניה (באחד הימים היה ארוע ממש מתחת למלון אז היה מאוד עמוס וקשה עוד יותר למצוא חניה), אין ירידה לחוף ישר מהמלון אלא צריך ללכת קצת. באחד הלילות היה ריח חזק מאוד ולא נעים של בישול / טיגון באחד מחדרי האמבטיה, כך שהשארנו את הדלת סגורה ולא השתמשנו בו למחרת. החניה במלון ומתחם הבריכה בתוספת תשלום.
