Czysto, pachnąco, wnętrze estetyczne kolorystycznie i nade wszystko praktyczne. Bardzo wygodna kanapa, wszystko co potrzebne w kuchni, w tym poczęstunek pyszną kawą i słodkościami, świetne mini patio (mniejsze, niż się wydaje na zdjęciu), gdzie można odpocząć i być na świeżym powietrzu, w łazience też wszystko na miejscu, porządne rolety zewnętrzne - idealne na noc. Blisko starego miasta (ok. 5 minut na Krakowskie Przedmieście, 10 minut do rynku).
Jedyny mały minus to widok za oknem za dnia - male podwórko, gdzie widać cudze okna, balkon, nie ma prywatności, bo chodzą tam ludzie, więc jeśli siedzi się na kanapie, to trzeba opuścić roletę dość nisko. Ale jeśli się wychodzi w ciągu dnia, to bez znaczenia.
