The facilities and location were good. The apartment was spacious.
Check-in was very difficult. Information on how to check in wasn't provided in a timely manner. It was very difficult to identify where to look for the keys; the codes provided didn't work. It was difficult to identify the location of the apartment within the building. It was very frustrating.
The office agent helped us, but we had to call several times because the codes and instructions didn't work.
