The apartment itself was decent, and the mattresses were comfortable — probably the best part of our stay.

We were also required to either buy insurance for $35 or leave a deposit of around $600 or more — I don’t remember the exact amount. It would’ve been better to know that clearly before booking. First, the check-in process was confusing. The instructions weren’t clear, and it took us about 30 minutes and several messages to figure out how to access the apartment. On one of the days, the door code stopped working, and we ended up waiting outside for around 15 minutes, trying to get in by using our code, but it wouldn’t unlock. We eventually had to contact the host for help. The kitchen was poorly stocked — not enough utensils or kitchenware for four people. The cleaning lady also showed up right at 10:00 AM on checkout day and was quite rude. The common hallways leading to the apartment were dusty and clearly not well maintained. Noise was also a big issue. We could clearly hear trains passing by and footsteps from the upstairs neighbor. The location pin provided for the building was inaccurate — it would be much more helpful to include a few clear photos for navigation instead of relying on a video.
