Cozy 2BR - Scottsdale, Pet-friendly, Sunrise Peak

Super cute place right by the pool which the water is magical - it's quite but not dead, doggie park is so cute! it's super comfortable and a HUGE master tub !

There could have been more supplies like dish washer soap but no big deal :) it was ok as the stores and restaurants are all literally within walking distance.

Nice neighborhood and neighbors. Quiet and friendly.

A few minor maintenance issues, but easy fixes.

Beds were comfy and it was clean. It was a good location for hiking.

The keypad wasn't working on arrival, one of the digits required would not depress but property mgmt was prompt to help me access the lockbox for the key and stayed on the phone with me till I got in. He said he would send someone to work on the keypad but didn't, not a big deal. The unit had been mostly updated but the carpet was dirty and bathtub fixtures old. The things that really turned me off were no pool towels (the pool was the nicest part of the stay), only one hand towel per bathroom for 5 people, and the place seemed dark and not very inviting. Until it was time to sleep and then outside property lights shone through the windows even through the blinds. The living room furniture wasn't very comfortable. The negatives for the price paid would keep me from returning.
