From the start, the hostess was responsive, professional, and easy to reach — every question was answered promptly. That kind of attentiveness really sets the tone for a smooth stay. The apartment was exceptionally clean, with stylish interiors that offered the perfect balance between warmth and elegance. It didn’t feel like I had left Nairobi — which, for me, is the highest compliment. One of my favorite surprises was the complimentary room-cleaning service. After long days out, returning to a spotless apartment was nothing short of luxurious. The cleaning staff deserves serious kudos. Towels, toiletries were changed/restocked every day. The location is a winner — just 2-3 minutes off the main road, easy to access, and the security is top-notch. The entire building was well maintained to high standards with friendly staff and clean common areas — a huge plus for anyone valuing both safety and aesthetics. And for the selfie-girlies and corporate baddies like myself — the balcony was an absolute gem. Whether catching up on work emails, sipping a quiet cup of tea, or curating Instagram-worthy content, the ambience was spot-on. Natural lighting, chic decor, and a serene vibe came together perfectly to say, “Yes, I hustle — but I protect my peace too.” It was a great stay. I’d recommend it and will definitely be back.
