Czystość, lokalizacja.
Podany zły kod do skrzynki na klucze. Nie poinformowano, gdzie znajduje się parking - trzeba było przeparkować auto. Słabe ciśnienie wody.

Wielkość i standard apartamentu w tej cenie świetne. Większość czasu cicho i spokojnie. Czysto i higienicznie, co jest bardzo ważne.
Dobrze jasno przedstawić zasady parkowania i konkretnie w którym miejscu można pozostawić auto - tej informacji zabrakło na początku, ale to szczegół. Brakowało trochę tarasu lub przestrzeni na zewnątrz do wypoczynku przy dobrej pogodzie. Nieestetyczne śmieci przed budynkiem także poprawią wizerunek.
