Nedslitt amatørmessig oppusset leilighet. Møbler som faller fra hverandre. Mangler gardiner. Løse armaturer på bad. Varmvannet plutselig borte en dag. Det er ikke hva man forventer i en "luksusleilighet". Leiligheten var i en helt annen adresse enn det som var oppgitt i annonsen. Nøkkel måtte hentes i en butikk 20 minutter unna, selv om det var andre om hadde satt opp nøkkelbokser ved boligblokken. Mye styr med å få utlevert nøkkel. Supporttelefon nektet å gi oss en nødvendig kode uten at vi fylte ut et skjema på nett som ville avkrevd ytterligere GPB100 i depositum. Kun etter gjentatte telefoner fikk vi en e-post med koden. De nektet tydeligvis å oppgi koden i chatten i Booking-appen. Har ikke fått igjen GBP 100 depositum

I have tried various methods to contact you but as I have had no reply I have done what I said I would - publicly put my comments on booking.com

I have just spent two days at the property and I wish to highlight several dangerous electrical issues. The first is the downstairs shower which has obviously been fitted incorrectly as the labelling on the dial does not match the function around the dual. The temperature is scolding hot so very dangerous and could result in skin burns. The other major electrical issue was the tension lead in the larger of the upstairs bedrooms. This burnout out damaging my sisters charger in the process. We are lucky it did not catch fire or electrocute my sister. The damaged extension lead is on the kitchen table with the fuse removed so that no one can accidentally use it again. There was a missing gold key from the keys. So the door extra bolt could not be used. There were lots of damaged paint work, walks, Lino and carpet. The term luxury could not be applied to the apartment, especially with missing pillowcases on some pillows and stains on the pillows which did have a case on. The upstairs shower continually drips. The kitchen tap is wobbly. The Lino is damaged in the kitchen and potential trip hazard. I run my own Airbnb and would never consider renting out accommodation in this condition and describe it as luxury. If you would like some help and guidance of how to make this accommodation into a great place then please do contact me. I am still waiting for my deposit to be given back and money to replace my charger.
