La localisation, parfaite, proche du port et des commerces. La place de parking, extrêmement pratique. L'appartement est de bonne taille, le balcon est agréable. La clim.
La literie n'est pas très bonne, les oreillers très moyens. L'ensemble est relativement vieillot, mal agencé et mal aménagé. Vieux mobilier, pas de nappe, peu d'ustensiles de cuisine (par ex pas de couteau à huîtres, une poêle téfal sur les 2 complètement flinguée), les portes fenêtres donnant sur le balcon ouvrent très mal et laissent passer l'air les jours de grand vent... douche pas pratique du tout, il faut se contorsionner pour y entrer et en sortir... Pas même un petit morceau de savon à l'arrivée. L'éclairage de la pièce principale est clairement insuffisant.
