Das Appartement ist neu renoviert, sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt.
Die Lage des Appartements ist alles andere als chillig. Direkt an der Hauptstraße die durch Bourg Saint Maurice verläuft. Bei geöffneten Fenstern versteht man sein eigenes Wort nicht mehr. Der Balkon ist deswegen fast nicht zu gebrauchen und das Schlafzimmerfenster welches auch zur Straße geht, kann nachts nicht geöffnet werden wegen des Straßenverkehrs. Sehr unangenehm im Sommer. Man kann sich aussuchen ob man wegen des Lärms oder der Hitze nicht schlafen kann.
