Lokalizacja była bardzo korzystna ponieważ przyjechaliśmy z z zamysłem jazdy na nartach a obiekt znajduje się naprzeciw stoku Koziniec zaś obok są dostępne wypożyczalnie sprzętu narciarskiego.
Nie miałem takich obserwacji.

Wróciłem tu po roku a wszystko nadal wygląda jak nowe: wzorcowa higieniczna czystość nawet w najciemniejszych zakamarkach, wyposażenie pozwalające na komfortowy pobyt, narciarnia, buciarnia, duży parking, przepiękne i bogate ozdoby świąteczne dodające bardzo dużo klimatu, grube zasłony pozwalające na komfortowy wypoczynek pomimo bezpośredniej odległości od stoku, która również jest jednym z głównych atutów, bardzo dobre wifi i netflix na obu tv a apartamencie, kompletnie wyposażona łazienka, w razie jakby komuś bagaż zaginął. Przede wszystkim fantastyczne podejście właścicieli czyni to miejsce absolutnie wyjątkowym w skali kraju. Kto raz tu przyjechał, już zawsze będzie wracał.
