Great location near 2 metro stations. Nice area with restaurants and supermarkets within easy reach. Not too far from main attractions. Host was really lovely and welcoming despite our train times changing in the run up to the trip and then delayed by 90 minutes en route. Felt very secure as is security gated.

Superbe appartement dans résidence sécurisé à 10’ à pied de la Tour Eiffel Louait pour une compétition de course à pied dans la capitale 😍 Avec petit restaurant italien au coin de la rue le top 👍

El tamaño del apartamento, unos 35 m2 en los que estuvimos muy cómodos mi hija y yo. La ubicación en una calle muy tranquila, con supermercados cerca, parada de metro y cercanías a 5 minutos, al lado del Bosque de Bolonia y a unos 15 o 20 minutos de la Torre Eiffel. Aouiche nos dió la bienvenida y fué un perfecto anfitrión y una persona encantadora.
Todo nos gustó. El único pero fué que una vez se nos acabaron las dos cápsulas de café ya no pudimos usar la cafetera porque no pudimos o no supimos dar con las cápsulas correctas. Una cafetera italiana no estaría mal incluir en el menaje pero volveríamos encantados al Apartamento de 18 Rue Fèlicien David.

La localització a 15 minuts de la Torre Eiffel caminant, i l'atenció del responsable, doncs va ser atent amb un conflicte de calefacció que vam tenir, doncs feia una mica de fred i ens va pujar la potència.
Em general bé. Però penso, i ho vull dir constructivament, que podria fer algunes millores que féssin de l'apartament, un lloc més confortable i bonic.
