Exceptional service and an unbelievable location! First Impressions & Service: I checked in late (around 10 PM) after a exhausting 16-hour journey. My initial thought was that the space felt a bit small for the price, and I noticed there was no microwave—something I always use in the mornings. However, I messaged reception, and they literally brought a microwave up to my room within five minutes! That is truly outstanding service. The Space: The next morning, after a very solid night's sleep, I really began to appreciate the apartment. It was impeccably clean and beautifully bright with the blinds open to let the daylight in. It is a lovely little apartment. The Perks: This is a wonderful family-run establishment, and the staff are incredibly nice. They offer a fantastic laundry service, and the young lady who is part of the family runs an excellent male salon downstairs on the first floor. Location: Having grown to know the area very well, I can confidently say the location is unbelievable.

Area for Improvement: My only downside was the wet-room shower layout, where water flows across the entire bathroom and toilet floor. It leaves the floor slippery. I highly suggest they provide a long-handled floor squeegee for guests—something I experienced in a Hanoi apartment recently that worked perfectly for drying the tiles quickly. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay. I would return here again myself without hesitation!
