It was great, they helped us a lot with the shipping of our luggage. Their staff even dropped us off with our luggage at the shipping center and then at the station. Their helpfulness exceeded our expectations!

Lovely homey vibe. The room i stayed in did not have a window which made for a great nights sleep. Very clean and cute common area. Also great bike storage and a great Izakaya right down the road

The room and shared bathrooms were very clean. The bedding was comfortable. The AC worked well.
No one was there when we came during the check in window. No answer on email and the hotel phone number isn’t on WhatsApp so we weren’t able to contact anyone and had to wait an hour to check in. There was no hot water at all. The sign said to wait for the water to heat up, but we waited over half an hour and it was still completely cold in the shower and the tap. Not only was the shower unpleasant and cold, but the misleading sign made us waste a lot of water waiting for it to “warm up”.
