La ubicación buena. Cama, sofá-cama y almohadas, cómodos. Disponía de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Fue imposible aparcar en la misma calle pero dando un par de vueltas a la zona, se aparcaba con facilidad alrededor.
Estaba sucio, había algunos pelos en el suelo. Las puertas de acceso, muy sucias. Además, mal olor en el baño. Se aprecia falta de mantenimiento o cuidado del apartamento. La luz de la cocina, estaba fundida, los tapajuntas muy deteriorados, azulejos con falta de limpieza... Las sábanas del sofá cama tenían algunos pelos largos y estaban demasiado arrugadas. La sábana bajera del sofá-cama era pequeña, no lo cubría al completo. Se oía el ruido de la calle durante la noche, mala insonorización de las ventanas.
