Apartamento Casa Norte

Het appartement is nieuw en schoon. Heel netjes en van alle gemakken gezien. En Javi is een aardige host die direct voor je klaarstaat.

Het huis is geen huis maar een appartement / bovenwoning. De foto's op booking geven je een beeld dat je een heel huis boekt maar we de werkelijkheid is dat zijn zoon beneden met zijn vrouw woont. Ook lijkt het op de foto's dat je een huis met prive parkeerplaats boekt maar er staat er in de kleine letters dat er geen parkeerplaats is en dat het zwembad gedeeld is met andere accommodaties. Deze is aan de overkant van de straat en niet direct bij het huis. Het water is zo koud dat je er niet langer dan 5 min. in kan zwemmen. Ook is de omgeving er om heen vooral uitzicht vanaf het balkon niet zoals verwacht. Je kijkt uit op de vuilnisbelt van de buurman.

This brand-new holiday home is spacious and well-equipped. We particularly loved the two large terraces/balconies which offer panoramic views of the surrounding area and the sea all the way across the bay. The sunset views were spectacular. The accommodation has efficient air conditioning in all rooms, good-quality new appliances, lots of outdoor furniture, and plenty of towels, toiletries, dishwasher and washing machine tablets. The pool is just across a quiet street. It is shared with another holiday property, but we were the only people using the pool during our visit. There were sun loungers, a toilet and changing room (and a unicorn). Pool towels were also provided. We greatly appreciated the hospitality of the owners, who live nearby and made sure that we had everything we needed. Although the property does not offer private parking, we were able to park our car on a very quiet local road just a few steps from the property. The holiday home occupies the two upper floors of the property while the ground floor is a separate residence. Everything on the peninsula was within easy reach by car. We spent 10 wonderful days at Casa Norte!
