El millor la situació, està en una zona silenciosa, plena d’ambient i serveis. A uns 15 o 20 minuts del centre i també de l’estació. El llit era molt còmode i tot molt net. Una terrasseta petitona però agradable a la nit.
Era un apartament per anar a descansar, no convida a cuinar res de res, per simple que sigui. No disposa de cafetera, ni copes de vi, i té poc de tot. A meu entendre li manca confort i calidesa, tot i que estava molt net.

Il letto era molto confortevole, e ho apprezzato molto le persiane oscuranti che regalavano un buio totale, per me un must. La ragazza con cui abbiamo svolto il check-in è stata estremamente puntuale e disponibile. La posizione della stanza era comoda, in funzione di Via del Pratello, ma abbastanza lontana da Piazza Maggiore e la zona circostante.
Lo split a parete non riscaldava molto velocemente ed era particolarmente rumoroso. Aggiungerei qualche stampella in più negli armadi, ed un paio di cuscini di varia misura e consistenza.

Posizione, pulizia, tranquillità
Assistenza pessima: impossibilità di parlare con i gestori del Wonderful Italy. Si è rotto il frigorifero, per fortuna il penultimo giorno ma non sono venuti a sistemarlo e non mi hanno dato la ricevuta del pagamento del soggiorno, per cui non ho potuto chiedere il rimborso visto che ero a Bologna per lavoro, se non dopo tre settimane e dopo aver contattato mille volte l'assistenza di Booking perchè alle mie numerose mail e messaggi whatsapp non rispondevano.
