Clean and tidy. Good parking.
Too close to an active road. You could hear the traffic throughout the night and early morning hours. There are no window coverings in the main part of the studio so anyone driving or walking down the street can see inside. The bedroom curtains were ok, however, do not cover the window to block out the street lights. Very lit up at night. The mattress is not soft at all.
