Ubicació, estat, decoració.
Manca d’aire acondicionat. Amb els ventiladors la calor era molt intensa (sostre abuhardillat a la habitació). Actualment amb les temperatures que estem vivint, es fa indispensable l’airw acondicionat.

I wasn't aware that "2nd floor" is actually 3rd or 4th floor but that seems to be how it is all over Portugal.
